Yoga Baeb curriculum features eight, 4-week series, Oct-July.
Generally a week off in between each series. Start/stop anytime. We recommend continuous enrollment once you begin to help the class progress in ability, skill and to build community & comfort as a group. Enrollment is rolling throughout the year.
